Third party booking 

THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS -  SPECIFIC TERMS

1. Applicability

These terms apply to any photographer, agency, company, or professional booking AJN PRODUCTION on behalf of a client, for:

• Photography

• Videography

• Drone services

• Editing / post-production
  
  

Where AJN PRODUCTION is not contracted by the end client.

2. Service Positioning

Third-party bookings are treated as subcontracted services.

• AJN PRODUCTION acts as a technical operator only

• The third party retains full responsibility for the client relationship, planning, and expectations
  
  

3. Pricing vs Service Level

Reduced pricing (e.g. significantly below standard rates) reflects:

• No pre-production process

• No planning control

• Limited preparation
  
  

The service delivered does not reflect the full AJN PRODUCTION experience advertised to direct clients.

No equivalence in quality, structure, or delivery can be claimed.

4. No Pre-Production Involvement

For third-party bookings, AJN PRODUCTION does not:

• Conduct meetings

• Review or build timelines

• Coordinate with vendors

• Advise on event structure
  
  

Any planning inconsistencies or issues are outside AJN PRODUCTION responsibility.

5. No Planning Authority

Unlike direct clients:

• AJN PRODUCTION has no authority over event flow

• Cannot impose or harmonize schedules

• Works strictly within conditions provided on the day
  
  

This may directly impact coverage quality.

6. Limited Client Interaction

• AJN PRODUCTION may have no prior contact with the end client

• Instructions may be late, incomplete, or given on the day
  
  

Last-minute requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled.

7. Quality Disclaimer

Final output depends on:

• Time available

• Conditions on-site

• Level of preparation provided
  
  

The quality may vary and will not match projects where AJN PRODUCTION is directly booked and involved from planning stage.

8. Availability & Substitution

• Acceptance of a date is not a guarantee of personal presence

• AJN PRODUCTION reserves the right to assign or subcontract another videographer/photographer
  
  

In such cases, style and quality may differ from AJN PRODUCTION’s portfolio.

9. Delivery Timelines

Third-party projects are processed outside priority workflow.

• Direct clients: priority queue

• Third-party: secondary queue
  
  

Estimated delivery:

• May extend up to 9 months or more
  
  

No expedited delivery applies unless agreed in writing.

10. Editing & Creative Control

• Editing style is not customizable to the same extent as direct clients

• No iterative creative process is guaranteed
  
  

AJN PRODUCTION retains full editing discretion.

11. Liability Limitation

AJN PRODUCTION is not liable for:

• Client dissatisfaction linked to planning issues

• Missed moments due to poor coordination

• Miscommunication between third party and client
  
  

Responsibility remains with the contracting third party.

12. Non-Representation Clause

Third parties may not present the service as equivalent to:

“Full AJN PRODUCTION experience”

unless explicitly agreed in writing.

13. Acceptance

Booking confirmation implies full acceptance of these conditions without exception.
